SECTION 1 – WHY DO YOU HAVE AN SMS POLICY?
Any business that wants to use an SMS on 10DLC to communicate with their customers and/or employees is required to register. This includes businesses that do mass texting or marketing, as well as businesses that send individual messages, even if it is not for marketing purposes. All business messaging is considered non-consumer (A2P) messaging.
SECTION 2 - DISCLAIMER
By providing your phone number to Redshirt Cloud, you agree and acknowledge that Redshirt Cloud may send text messages to my wireless phone number for any purpose. Message and data rates may apply. We will only send one SMS as a reply to you, and you will be able to Opt-out by replying “STOP”. For more information on how your data will be handled please visit our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 3 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with an SMS-capable 10-digit number to arrange for a consultation, request support, or speak with our sales team, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
